Shelle brings an organizational development background and experience in strategic planning to her consulting work. She focuses on organizational effectiveness, operational alignment, and helping teams understand how their work connects to broader goals. Her approach starts with listening — to the people doing the work, the leaders setting direction, and the gaps in between.

Jody brings hands-on technical experience in business intelligence, SQL, PowerShell scripting, dashboards, Dynamics GP reporting, and business systems implementation. He has worked in automation engineering and team leadership roles, with a track record of turning slow, manual processes into reliable, efficient ones — including reducing a multi-day provisioning process to a matter of hours.
